Tree Removal

Keeping shrubs & hedges trimmed is important for a few reasons. Often times shrubs are planted in a garden bed with limited space. whether it is along a house foundation or a property line, it is advised to keep the size in check as well as keeping them aesthetically pleasing.

Tree Support Systems
Structural defects can be a major concern. Cabling and bracing systems are designed to support the tree in ways to limit the likelihood of failure. We use extra high strength cable and wire stops to maximize strength of support, while minimizing the tree's response.
Root Crown Excavation
Often times trees root flares can be buried, either by improper planting, over mulching, or natural movement of soils. This can cause problematic root growth (Girdling roots), as well as excess moisture and decay. A root crown excavation exposes the root flare, and any problems underneath the soil grade.
Tree Inspection
Typically when storms roll through and there is wide spread tree damages, our repeat customers are mostly spared. Identifying and addressing problematic trees and limbs is the best way to reduce the risk of failure. Having an arborist visually inspect your trees can save you in the long run!
Organic Mulching
& Soil Amendments
Adding organic material to a tree"s root zone allows for extended feeding of nutrients. Organic mulch (woodchips) can break down slowly, increasing the time of release of nutrients. Woodchips also can help retain moisture in dry times, as well as protect the trunk from damage or competition from grasses or weeds.
